Food for Hungry Minds

Individual donors provide critical support to Food for Hungry Minds. One individual’s major 3-year commitment made the second class of students possible. Colleagues sharing their enthusiasm for their company’s initiative have found friends asking, “Can I sponsor a child?” For sure! Three-year commitments contributed in annual increments make the transformation of a child’s life possible.

Individual donors contribute to support at a class level, to support students, or to fund special needs such at medicine, library expansion and camp.

$1,600		One year of education for one child in established FHM School
$1,000		Cost of 2-night camp experience for one class
$500		Library books to support grade level of accelerated reader computer tests
$100		Cost of treating primary complex TB for one child
$50		Science, reading or math textbook
$25		A month of school breakfasts and lunches for a student
